EventCover can provide an API fully integrated with your own booking system. 

The integration process includes only 3 steps from requesting your Vendor ID and API key, through to developing and testing your code and then your move to a production environment.


Our Platform Manager and Developer are available to assist throughout this process and our API document will be provided.

Step 2

Your customer purchases their ticket, books their accommodation or registers for their event.


There are no choices for the customer to make at the time of the booking, as all customers and bookings are covered.  There is no uncertainty for your customers and no administration in the process.


The confirmation of sale email will include a link to the refund form which will be pre-populated with the ticket purchaser’s details. This link will remain available for 60 days after the event.

Step 3

A customer suffers an inability to attend or participate.

Step 4

The customer requests a refund via our bespoke refund form.

Our system is based on transparency to the customer throughout the refund and claims process and the concept of “Treating Customers Fairly”

EOS Claims will administer, process and pay all claims in your name approximately 24-48 hours after approval.

 

Step 5

When the claim has been processed, the full value of the customer’s booking will be refunded to the bank account or credit card used in the booking.
